Diversity & Inclusion Conference 2020, March 30-31, Philadelphia, PA

The Philadelphia Diversity & Inclusion Conference 2020 will be held March 30-31 at the Hilton Penn’s Landing, marking a new call for thought leaders and influencers, executives, activists and academics to share best practices and redefine what it means to be diverse and inclusive in the 21st century. Keynote speakers will include giants in their respective fields, as well as rising national and local voices with fresh insights on how to make diversity, equity and inclusion an integral part of any sector and institution. The conference will once again feature a lengthy list of national policymakers and global leaders. Confirmed speakers include Nolan Atkinson, the city of Philadelphia’s chief diversity and inclusion officer. Additionally, the conference will feature an Academic Think Tank, specifically designed for deans, directors, research faculty, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) practitioners to discuss ideas and recommendations regarding the latest corporate strategies and best practices, accessing a diverse talent pipeline, and producing diverse and inclusive performance metrics, curriculum and staff development. The conference will also showcase Philadelphia’s cutting edge efforts at implementing and institutionalizing diversity, inclusion, and equity in its social, cultural and economic landscape.

2020 CMC Annual Summit, April 27-29, New York, NY

The Culture Marketing Council: The Voice of Hispanic Marketing (CMC) will hold its annual summit on April 27-29, 2020 at the Westin Hotel Times Square in New York City. With 52% of individuals under 18 being ethnically and racially diverse, brands must adopt marketing strategies that are culture driven or risk losing market share. The CMC Annual Summit is the only  marketing conference of its kind to focus on this new multicultural majority, with C-suite leaders from brands, media and agencies, headliners, journalists, creatives and trend experts providing insights, key strategies and best practices. Registration opens in January. For more information, visit culturemarketingcouncil.org and follow the CMC on social media at @cmchispanic.
3AF 2020 Asian Marketing Summit, June 10-11, Los Angeles, CA

Save the date for the 3AF’s 2020 Asian Marketing Summit in Los Angeles.  The largest national conference focusing specifically on Asian American marketing and advertising, the Summit is held only once a year, and is a deep dive into reaching the fastest growing consumer segment.  Our theme is how all things Asian-music, dance, food, fashion, beauty, sports, and more– impact American mainstream culture.  The summit includes an opening night reception on June 10 and our 3AF Excellence Awards dinner on June 11. The 3AF’s mission is to help bring attention to the often under-represented Asian American community, and the 3AF Asian Marketing Summit is a great way to meet and support likeminded industry partners.
