UGA Diversity & Inclusion Professional Certificate Program, Oct 4 – 25, Online A LACK OF INCLUSION IS A QUANTIFIABLE RISK . . . MANAGE IT! Can your organization measure D&I, identify opportunities to improve, and implement them? The key to these skills is gaining an understanding of ISO-30415:2021 by earning a Diversity & Inclusion Professional Certificate from UGA Executive Education. This program is presented in partnership with Inclusion Score, the operating system for assessing D&I organizational risk. With training from established experts in this area, you’ll learn to minimize risk by creating inclusive business processes — from hiring practices to communications to supplier diversity. Upon completing the program, you’ll receive a certificate verifying your understanding of ISO-30415:2021 and certification by Inclusion Score. STRUCTURE & TAKE-AWAYS This online program introduces the ISO-30415:2021 standard via the D&I Service Management (DISM) Lifecycle framework. The program features weekly live sessions with internationally recognized lecturers, Q&As to demonstrate the Inclusion Maturity Model Integration (IMMI) and uses cases across organizational governance, product delivery, human resources, and supply chain management. - Week 2, October 11: Maturity Models

This program requires online work for 2 to 4 hours per week using an Inclusion Score case study application activity. Participation is expected in weekly live remote sessions from 12:00 to 1:30 p.m. EST on October 4, 11, 18, and 25. The total program cost is $1250 per person. |

Diwali at Times Square, Oct 27-28, New York, NY ‘Diwali at Times Square,’ the festival of lights, is the biggest South Asian and Indo-Caribbean festival outside of India. This year’s theme is United Colors of America: Celebrating Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. We are inviting performers of different ethnic backgrounds to the festival. Showing that we are different people, but culturally all are the same. This is the Real Message of Diwali: Dispel the inner darkness through the light of knowledge.
