UGA Diversity & Inclusion Professional Certificate Program, Oct 4 – 25, Online

A LACK OF INCLUSION IS A QUANTIFIABLE RISK . . . MANAGE IT!

Can your organization measure D&I, identify opportunities to improve, and implement them? The key to these skills is gaining an understanding of ISO-30415:2021 by earning a Diversity & Inclusion Professional Certificate from UGA Executive Education. This program is presented in partnership with Inclusion Score, the operating system for assessing D&I organizational risk.

With training from established experts in this area, you’ll learn to minimize risk by creating inclusive business processes — from hiring practices to communications to supplier diversity. Upon completing the program, you’ll receive a certificate verifying your understanding of ISO-30415:2021 and certification by Inclusion Score.

STRUCTURE & TAKE-AWAYS

This online program introduces the ISO-30415:2021 standard via the D&I Service Management (DISM) Lifecycle framework. The program features weekly live sessions with internationally recognized lecturers, Q&As to demonstrate the Inclusion Maturity Model Integration (IMMI) and uses cases across organizational governance, product delivery, human resources, and supply chain management.

DIVERSITY & INCLUSION PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATE

  • Week 1, October 4: Understanding the 32 Risk Domains
  • Week 2, October 11: Maturity Models
  • Week 3, October 18: Defining the 27 Diversity Types
  • Week 4, October 25: Preparing for Certification Exam

This program requires online work for 2 to 4 hours per week using an Inclusion Score case study application activity. Participation is expected in weekly live remote sessions from 12:00 to 1:30 p.m. EST on October 4, 11, 18, and 25. The total program cost is $1250 per person.

Hispanic Marketing Council Drops the Most Comprehensive Multicultural Study on October 4

For the first time, Americans 25 and under are a multicultural majority, with the 35-and-under segment estimated to reach that milestone by the end of this year. In addition, the Gen Z multicultural majority generation has reached adulthood, joining Millennials to form a multicultural super-segment. These two transformative generations are wielding enormous power and influence on today’s American mainstream. Just how much? You’ll find out at an upcoming FREE event featuring the results of the Hispanic Marketing Council’s new study, IT’S TIME: The Growing Power of the Multicultural Majority. Join our live stream on Wednesday, October 4 at 2:00 p.m. ET and register here to reserve your spot! Funded by KantarTelevisaUnivision and ThinkNow, “IT’S TIME” features more than 4,600 interviews among non-Hispanic white, Hispanic and Black consumers ages 13 to 49—including deeper insights into the AAPI segment, thanks to a collaboration with the Asian American Advertising Federation. You’ll learn about identity, key values, socio-political movements, purchase behavior, content consumption, workplace attitudes, the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) effect, and more! Are your marketing strategies ready for the multicultural majority?
