LEADERSHIP
DEX’s Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Daisy Expósito-Ulla, who was inducted into the Advertising AAF Hall of Fame in 2017, has helped shape the Hispanic advertising landscape, over four decades. Her impressive career has yielded numerous advertising and communications campaigns that have solved client business challenges and driven results, and she has fostered a creative, solutions-oriented culture at the agency. Daisy and her partners have helped build the Hispanic media industry, and their commitment to the Hispanic community includes service on executive boards of several Hispanic non-profit organizations, as well as pro-bono work for cause-related efforts.
The Agency’s senior leadership team is integrally involved in servicing our client’s businesses to offer best-in-class strategic leadership and ensure we address any potential issues and foresee/overcome any hurdles. Daisy and the other agency partners embrace client feedback and are available on a daily basis to pivot or course correct and ensure speedy resolution to any challenges that may arise.
