About C+C
C+C is all about the good – good work, good causes and good people. We specialize in making things like recycling, energy efficiency, water conservation, public health, individual health, and transportation every bit as interesting as they are important. Our team has expertise in social marketing, creative strategy, design and branding, multicultural marketing, content development, video production, experiential marketing and events, and much more.
Our team of multicultural strategists, experts and liaisons helps clients effectively reach and engage with multicultural audiences by applying DE&I principles to social marketing and integrated communications campaigns. We seek to understand the different cultures and lived experiences of the communities we work with to ensure they feel represented and positively impacted by our work.
Our clients span public, private and non-profit sectors and include ENERGY STAR, the Washington State Department of Health, Visit Seattle, Puget Sound Energy, BECU and Waste Management – to name a few.
Things we do: develop national and local advertising campaigns, PR campaigns, social content, branding, transcreated materials (going beyond literal translations to create campaigns that address cultural and linguistic gaps that have foiled even the biggest of brands and budgets) … plus putting the occasional guy in a banana suit, writing blog posts, making Snapchat filters, animating digital ads, designing direct mail, securing vast amounts of media coverage…you get the idea.
C+C’s Multicultural Marketing Leadership and Strategy Team
Jennifer González, Senior Vice President, Multicultural Strategy | |
![]() | Jennifer loves telling stories — particularly when they involve innovation and sharing cultural insights. As a conscious leader and multicultural communications strategist, she understands the power of connecting with people of all backgrounds. Her roots growing up in Mexico City and passion for traveling the world to learn about other cultures shapes her work guiding clients on ways to better engage with diverse audiences. As a young professional in L.A., she built a reputation for implementing groundbreaking social marketing campaigns that helped young Hispanics access Cash for College and women in Africa get vaccinated against tetanus in an effort led by Pampers and Salma Hayek — and set a couple of Guinness World Records along the way! As the leader of C+C’s multicultural communications team, she’s been at the forefront of multicultural social marketing strategies for the Washington State Department of Health’s COVID-19 prevention and vaccination efforts, among others. |
