Established in 2001, the Mosaic Awards recognizes those who have demonstrated a genuine commitment to DE&I through innovative advertising campaigns, engaging media content and leading organizational initiatives. The event allows the AAF to commit substantial resources to industry initiatives that promote and advance multiculturalism. The organization’s dedication to guiding diverse talent is evident through programs such as the Most Promising Multicultural Student Program, HBCUs for Advertising, and AdCamps for High School Students.
