SALARY: $95,000–$110,000/yr.




The English Copywriter for our DRTV/Digital team will work on the Agency’s largest telecom/mobile account specializing in the Multicultural space for generating copy, content and concepts for direct marketing and brand assets including digital videos, TV/CTV spots, banners, landing pages, pre-roll, radio spots, etc.



Ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with Multicultural linguistic, cultural, and marketing experience, a “can do” attitude, with both strategic and executional expertise who works well in a high-energy, fast-paced team environment to develop powerful strategic copy and concepts for broadcast and digital platforms under a 360°campaign umbrella. Must love direct response, and present effectively both internally and to the client. This role requires multi-tasking, flexibility to client requests and changes, with timely completion of all tasks, high computer and AI skills, and knowledge of the telecom/mobile category is ideal. Being a team player and self-starter are required. Equally comfortable in a lean entrepreneurial agency and client corporate environment. We are looking for the right fit, so the level can vary. This is not a 9 to 5 job, but definitely flexible.



  • Write powerful English language copy, with cultural relevance.
  • Effectively prioritize all projects to meet copy deadlines and follow the trafficking/review/approval process required
  • Ensure copy is engaging and informative, meets the requirements of the creative brief and reflects the company’s brand philosophy
  • Has a strong understanding of the our telecom client as it relates to all audiences
  • Team player, possesses presentation skills and understands advertising



  • Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) in Communication, Literature, Journalism, Advertising, Business, Public Relations or a related field
  • 3-5+ years’ experience in a Spanish-language agency as a direct marketing
  • Must be bilingual (Spanish and English), but English-language copywriting priority
  • Strong English-language writing abilities for both business and creative writing
  • Ability to multitask, set appropriate priorities and continuously meet deadlines in a demanding, fast paced environment
  • Individual and team orientation
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite including Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Strong presentation skills, and selling the creative to both senior-level and day-to-day clients with conviction, rationale and insights
  • Mobile, Telecom or Pay TV space experience preferred
