Quester® And Eki Communications Enhance Mobile Survey Experience For Multi-Cultural Consumers
August 22, 2013 – Des Moines, IA — Quester, a technology-driven full service market research firm with multi-cultural capabilities has integrated its technology within Eki Communications’ new mobile platform to help companies better understand, and communicate to, the multi-cultural consumer.
Consumers using Eki’s newly launched mobile research platform called Survelytics® (www.survelytics.com) can share their thoughts, ideas and emotions in a mobile survey by chatting with Quester’s interviewing software, as well as include photos, videos and audio, at home or in-store.
They can choose to do so in one of the following languages: English (British, American, Australian), French (including French Canadian), German, Mandarin Chinese, Portuguese and Spanish. Additional languages will be available by the end of this year.

To date, over four million consumers and professionals from the medical, pharmaceutical, insurance and CPG sectors, have interacted online with Quester’s software-based interviewer. Over the last four years, Quester has conducted Hispanic and other multi-cultural market research projects for the largest global brands, using its online capabilities. Survelytics, which is a native mobile App, now allows respondents to go beyond typical survey questions on their mobile phone and leverage the additional features of the mobile device like taking photos, videos, and audio.
