“Puerto Ricovery” Initiative Spearheaded by PM3
PM3, an Atlanta based multicultural advertising agency, recently created the movement called “Puerto Ricovery”. In just one week the initiative has collected one million pounds of articles to donate and already 30,000 pounds of water have been sent to Puerto Rico. In addition, two cargo planes and 7 shipping containers full of supplies are on their way to the island. Through its Facebook page – facebook.com/PuertoRicovery, the PM3 team and Puerto Ricovery has enlisted the help of volunteers to organize all the donations and prepare them for their departure, assembling more than 250 pallets in a single day. Currently over 600,000 pounds of additional supplies are awaiting shipment. Without a doubt, it has been a very successful and fruitful movement that will continue working hard until Puerto Rico’s needs are met.
