Kendall-Jackson Names GlobalWorks Its Branding and Advertising Agency
New York, July 11, 2012–Kendall-Jackson, one of the most beloved and best known families of wine, has appointed GlobalWorks Group its branding and advertising agency, Yuri Radzievsky, chairman and CEO of the New York-based agency, recently announced.
“We’re thrilled by the opportunity to expand and deepen the brand presence and connection of a beloved pioneer and favorite in the American wine world,” Radzievsky said. The agency’s mandate extends across all media, including digital and traditional channels, he added.
Said Caroline Shaw, Kendall-Jackson’s chief communications and marketing officer, “We believe GlobalWorks can break through and propel the brand to another level. Our industry has clung to certain words and images in promoting wine, but we think we’ll be better served by fresh initiatives and approaches that depart from the norm and engage new and existing consumers in new ways.”
“As you survey a field of literally tens of thousands of brands, you need to reinforce the durability of existing loyalties and nurture those of up-and-coming generations. We look for GlobalWorks to strengthen our brand connections in certain markets, while laying the groundwork among communities whose values and consumption are intimately tied to, and driven by, social media.”
