Diwali New York City School Holiday: Join us and the NYC Mayor Eric Adams, Consul General of India, Assemblywoman Jennifer Rajkumar (the power behind making Diwali NYC school holiday with the Mayor of NYC), and other NYC and NYS dignitaries and community leaders in Times Square to celebrate the ‘Diwali NYC School Holiday.’ The New York City Public Schools has the largest school system in the United States, with over 1.1 million students in more than 1,800 schools.

What is Diwali: Diwali is a five days celebration. During Diwali, people share sweets and gifts with their friends and loved ones. Opportunities for every brand to reach out to the wealthy and vibrant Indian American community that has the highest household Income, the 2nd largest small business community, and more than 50% of hotels and motels are owned by Indian Americans. The top Fortune 50 to 500 companies of America’s CEOs/CMO/COOs are Indian Americans. The 2nd largest number of medical doctors in the USA are Indian Americans. The list can go on and on.
