Casa Latina Home Expo

The first-of-its-kind bilingual home expo taking place this Saturday, November 9th from 10am – 5pm at the historic Altman Building

(135 West 18th Street) in NYC.

This event will provide culturally-relevant home-and-lifestyle information for Latino(a)s to improve their homes and their lives in an engaging and entertaining setting. Top talent/influencers and experts will host home-and-lifestyle clinics in the areas of Home Buying, DIY/How-to, Décor, Parenting, Cooking and Home Health.

 

Chase will be conducting First Time Home Buying mini-clinics throughout the day to inform the community on available help and grants for potential buyers. Experts will be on hand to answer questions in both English and Spanish to help Latino(a)s understand the process and position them to become homeowners.

 

The Affordable Care Act (ACA) has created many unanswered questions on the home health care front. Empire BlueCross BlueShield will host an informational clinic to inform the community about the (ACA) and how-to access affordable coverage and answer any and all questions throughout the event.

 

Got Milk! will have a nutritionist on hand to inform and answer questions and will GIVE AWAY a year’s worth of free milk for a one lucky family.
