PROFESSIONALS IN ADVERTISING & MARKETING INDUSTRY
NEEDED FOR ACADEMIC STUDY
OVERVIEW:
Researchers at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology are seeking Advertising, Marketing & Communications professionals to participate in an academic online survey about implicit bias in the creative industry. The study entitled, Hiring African American Women in Advertising, Marketing & Communication Organizations (HAAW Study), is looking for your participation.
BACKGROUND:
Historically, implicit bias has had a profound effect on the hiring and retention of diverse professionals within the corporate employment industry. This research is being conducted to measure the impact of implicit bias in the likelihood to hire diverse candidates within advertising, marketing and communication organizations.
ELIGIBILITY:
You are eligible to participate if you are 18-years or older, and presently employed in a marketing, advertising or communications role. All levels and titles are welcome and encouraged to participate. If you qualify to participate, we also encourage you to forward this notice of recruitment to any other professionals in the industry and fellow team members who are also eligible.
