Leena Danan, Marta DeAguiar, and Alejandra Rubio take on leadership roles

NEW YORK, NY, September 20, 2022 – 305 Worldwide, a subsidiary of Horizon Media and a leading full-service creative agency with its signature culture-first approach, developing messaging and creative through the lens of cultural insights, today announced the appointment of Leena Danan, Marta DeAguiar, and Alejandra Rubio to its executive team. The addition of these three agency all-stars will continue to drive momentum for the agency.

Fourteen-year Horizon Media veteran, Leena Danan, will now assume the role of SVP, Managing Director, New Business and Marketing. Danan will drive growth, tell the agency’s story across platforms, and directly oversee the agency’s business partnerships with 305 Worldwide’s Co-Founder, Armando Christian Pérez (Pitbull). “I was one of the lucky ones who witnessed a casual conversation between Bill Koenigsberg and Armando Christian Pérez evolve into a cultural cornerstone,” says Danan. “It is truly an honor to be part of this amazing team that was formed to take 305, worldwide.”

Seeking to provide best-in-class services to client partners, Marta DeAguiar will assume the role of SVP, Group Client Service Leader. Throughout her career in client services, DeAguiar has worked within Global, General Market, and Hispanic Market business models, and has partnered with iconic brands including McDonald’s, SC Johnson, and Marco’s Pizza. “I am passionate about growing businesses, growing teams, and driving a culture of collaboration across the agency, our partners, and our clients,” said DeAguiar. “I am proud of the team we have today and the future we are working towards.”

Alejandra Rubio, who takes on the role of SVP, Head of Strategy, brings a passion for understanding what makes people tick. Her insights have contributed to prestigious, award-winning work for Fortune 500 clients including Tide, MillerCoors, Pampers, Netflix, Disney, Kraft Heinz, Western Union, and Blue Cross Blue Shield. “The combination of Horizon’s history as a data powerhouse with our creative and brand-building expertise makes me confident that we have something special to offer clients,” said Rubio.
