Working in general advertising for many years, he realized that sometimes an untapped market represents the key to a company’s success and future growth. Although showing the biggest population growth, ethnic groups such as South Asians, Eastern Europeans, Filipinos and Middle Easterners were virtually unknown by marketers.
Daniel has offered companies both large and small solutions and strategies on how to stay innovative and expand their reach in order to meet the challenges of the ever-changing American landscape.

Aside from MediaMorphosis, he is also a founding member of ethniconlinenetwork.com, an online network that is focused solely at targeting ethnic diasporas online with offices in the US, UK and India.
Daniel is regularly invited by major telecoms, universities, banks, money remittance services and non-profit organizations to share cultural insights and conduct informational seminars.Prior to MediaMorphosis, Daniel worked for years within recognized advertising agencies, including Grey Direct and the Y&R multicultural arm The Bravo Group.
