Description
Work closely with President to drive strategic, business, marketing, financial and creative leadership for Charter Communications Multicultural account, focused on Direct and competitive marketing across the 5-Ps. Secondary work to support agency initiatives, other clients and new business.

Responsibilities
Lead client business: In-depth knowledge of and leadership of client’s businesses, issues and trends for Hispanic, African-American and General Market analyzing Client research/metrics, online sources, syndicated research (Mintel), trends, and data bases (Simmons). so as to define problems, find opportunities and develop actionable plans, strategies, insights and presentation decks. 
Performance tracking: Lead bi-weekly analysis of Direct results across all tactics with deep assessment, implications and actionable recommendations, as well as the monthly dashboard, and quarterly roll-ups. 
Monthly Client Management decks: Support President and Senior clients on monthly CMO presentations analyzing Video, Internet, Phone, Mobile sales/PSUs, Performance and call volume by market, tactic and sales channel, product/pricing tiers, creative, marketing plans, Prospects vs. subs opportunities, etc.  
Insights/Briefs: Work with Account Directors to lead creative insights and ongoing strategy briefs, as well as develop and lead strategic success roadmap with President and senior managers.
Respond to continuous, fast-turnaround Senior client requests for analysis and decks: This includes providing intelligence, landscape or deep dive on an array of business/category/product/diversity issues and opportunities, market or consumer profiles or factors, segmentation, acculturation, positioning, insights, market priorities, networks, competitive CLUs promotions or messaging, CRM, customer education, the latest trends, research or best practices in MCM Direct marketing, digital, social, English cultural creative, celebrities, community, migration patterns, etc.
SOW Tracking and Analysis: Help President/Account Directors with monthly Scope-of-work tracking, reconciliation, staff resource allocation, analysis, etc. 
Conduct ongoing research: To stay ahead on category, brands, targets and proactively share with team.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree required, Masters in business preferred.
10+ years related experience in planning at an advertising agency or client side
Knowledge of, and experience with telecommunications business and direct marketing 
Hands-on leader who thrives on fast-paced environment, discovery, challenges and raising the bar.
Self-starter with strong analytical, trending, communication and presentation skills, internally and externally. 
Highly organized, detailed, ability to dig deep, multi-task and be both client service and results oriented. 
Proficiency in research tools, MS Office/Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Simmons, Nielsen, social listening.
